50% walking 90% cranky

Ileigh can walk! Every day, for the past 45 days, she has been attempting to walk a few more steps. We have finally gotten to the point where I know she could walk 100% of the time but for some reason still doesn't. I think she can just get to all the no no's easier and faster on all fours.

LMAO- Ileigh was just playing in the laundry room when the dryer buzzer went off. She went flying out of there like a bat outa hell. The suprise face was hillarious! Usually noises don't phase her but this one did.

Ileigh can pivot while walking, she can step up and down, she can bend her knees to lower herself down and then stand back up again. She can dance while standing, moving her arms and hips. Even babies that have been walking for months can't always do all those things. So, I just don't understand what Ileigh has been waiting for!

As for being cranky, well, it's been a little trying lately. I noticed while she was upside-down in her little gym class, a big ole molar has peeked through. Once again, a little odd since she only has 5 teeth all together in the front. Wouldn't the front ones all come in first? That's my backwards baby for you. Today I noticed a new one bubbling up in the bottom front so that's good. I was getting a little worried she would be like me and born without certain teeth. I only have one "eye" tooth on the top. Why couldn't I be born without any wisdom teeth like my older sister? Hopefully Ileigh won't have those.

She and I have an excuse for crankiness this time. But I can already tell she is going to be much happier as a walker. YAY!!

Yay Ileigh! I'm so glad she's started walking for you some of the time. How fun! Oh, and I love the pictures up top! She is a cutie, even if she's cranky.
