I have come accross a rare few other Ileighs. It is such a beautiful name that I have to say they are very special! I have people tell me they have heard of other Ileighs. I almost always think they have actually heard Kiley or the like. I liked the name Kiley but wanted to be more original. The Irish name Aisling is very pretty minus the Ing part. So I came up with the name Ileigh. The next step was to find a spelling that people would mispronounce the least. I really wanted to spell Ileigh with an A. I just didn't see a way around people calling her Ale-ey though. Such as Ailey, Ailee, or Ailei. I decided on the "I". Sure enough, she got called Elijah at her first dr.'s appointment. WHATEVER!
Anyways, I have emailed people with other Ileigh's before too, I have never succeeded in getting in contact though. I think it would be cool. I am temporarily allowing my email address in my profile for the Ileigh mama commenter(?) below.
And Jenn~ when you first found my blog... you commented that you were from Az. Have you moved?!
