We ate a brunch, which was a little disappointing for the 104 dollar bill. The movie was The Pacifier which my sister was sure we would all hate. We ended up really liking it and we all cried at least twice. (pathetic, I know).
We left and got to hear the story of my mother's money woes, we assured her she would never go hungry and we always had room for her. We went back to my mom's house and drank wine. In the good glasses. She even said she would go a little late to my aunt's house for their weekly broadway play. We felt special.
I drove home to see my family. Dad had mopped the floor and cleaned off the counter. I had a present waiting. Austin had picked me some beautiful weeds from the front yard. I was allergic but they were pretty.

I got some smelly lotions and a candle from bath and body works. Austin made me a special card with pics of him and Ileigh. I still don't believe that they don't make anything at school though.
Ileigh was fussy, but we went to a restaurant to meet A's family and mom. We got in the car, only to see chocolate all over the front seat. arghhhh! SORREY HONEY.
It was fun at the restaurant (happy hour), but I had a very hard time dealing with Ileigh. It was a struggle to get to talk to everyone. I gave A's mom a picture frame with Ileigh's picture in it and it turned out pretty cute. Thank goodness for daughter-in-law's because I don't think MIL would receive anything on Mom's day without them. LOL.
Ileigh took a nap at home, and then we went back to my mom's to do some more work on the treehouse. Austin swam, and A got in for 2 laps. I guess it was pretty cold. My mom lit her new fire pit, and we roasted marshmellows and made samores. We drank wine and had a nice ending to our evening.
A took some great pictures.

Well that sure beats my MD. I went shopping for my kids and spent hundreds of dollars on them that I really should not have spent! We did go out to dinner and Kelsey made me breakfast in bed that morning. Plus, S and I bought tickets for a concert in San Diego in June.
